Grown kids from the home are coming back as staff so it can take in children again. A salary isn't a one-time project, so it runs on monthly partners.
Electricity is one of the home's biggest monthly bills. Randy has started putting solar on the property, one array at a time, so more of every gift goes to kids instead of the power company.

Fifteen bedrooms and eight bathrooms take a lot of upkeep. When the third floor flooded, a partner church paid for new windows, and got photos, receipts and the final bill for every baht.

How we report back
The third floor flooded badly enough that the kids were swimming in it. A partner church asked what we needed. We sent photos of the damage, then photos of the new windows going in, then the bill and exactly what was spent.
That is the standard for every project gift.
